My name is Vernon Mendinghall, and with over 40 years of experience in leadership, and customer service, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. As a native of Colorado, I have developed a deep understanding of the region and witnessed its remarkable growth firsthand.


During my extensive career, I proudly served in the Army and reserves for over a decade, honing my skills in discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Additionally, I spent over 30 years working in the technology industry, specifically with Ricoh, where I further refined my abilities in customer service. However, after all of these diverse professional paths, I made a conscious decision to embark on a career in real estate. I was motivated by my desire to make a genuine impact on people's lives during the transformative experience of buying and selling their homes. I sought a profession that would allow me to utilize all of my previous experiences and create something that would fill me with a profound
sense of pride and satisfaction.


Having personally been through the process of buying and selling homes multiple times throughout my own life, I possess a unique empathy and understanding of the significance and emotions tied to such decisions. Recognizing that this process can be both exciting and stressful, I approach each client interaction with compassion, striving to alleviate any concerns and ensure a seamless and enjoyable
experience.
