During my extensive career, I proudly served in the Army and reserves for over a decade, honing my skills in discipline, teamwork, and strategic thinking. Additionally, I spent over 30 years working in the technology industry, specifically with Ricoh, where I further refined my abilities in customer service. However, after all of these diverse professional paths, I made a conscious decision to embark on a career in real estate. I was motivated by my desire to make a genuine impact on people's lives during the transformative experience of buying and selling their homes. I sought a profession that would allow me to utilize all of my previous experiences and create something that would fill me with a profound
